Most critically, the German authorities have charged him under Section 129 of the German Criminal Code for membership of a criminal organisation . He faces up to five years in prison. ## 2\. Palestine Action: Terrorist Proscription In 2025, the UK Government officially proscribed Palestine Action as a terrorist organisation. This classification was applied because the group’s methodology moved beyond civil disobedience into structured, violent sabotage aimed at crippling critical defence infrastructure. British courts have openly stated that there is a "terrorist connection" to the offending carried out by its members. When airport security and Gardaí intercepted them, the activists resisted. During the arrests, a female Garda sustained a broken-leg and had to be taken to University Hospital Limerick for treatment. ## 5\. The Architects: Ammori and Barnard Palestine Action was founded in July 2020 by Huda Ammori, a British-Palestinian activist, and Richard Barnard, a former Extinction Rebellion operative. They intentionally designed the group to operate as autonomous, decentralised cells to shut down arms factories through direct action, vandalism, and occupation. They themselves have faced multiple charges in the UK, including conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal damage, and conspiracy to blackmail. ## 6\. The Financier: Fergie Chambers, Terrorist Support, and Russian Ties James Cox "Fergie" Chambers Jr. is a 40-year-old American communist and heir to the Cox media fortune. He has weaponised his multi-million-dollar inheritance to bankroll radical leftist and militant networks globally, including funding the launch of "Palestine Action US". - **Terrorism Financing Arrest:** In July 2026, Chambers was arrested in Ibiza, Spain. He is currently being held without bail as the US Department of Justice seeks his extradition over sealed federal charges. The charges allege that he provided over $1 million in material and financial support to Hamas, a designated terrorist organisation. - **Russian Alignment:** Chambers operates as an ideological asset for the Russian Federation. He has openly supported Russia's invasion of Ukraine, travelled extensively through the Russian-occupied Donbas region, and referred to Vladimir Putin as a "great man". The fact is: Irish politicians support Radical Islam over Housing the Irish First.
